Payment of Refunds. Refunds are made within 30 days following the date upon which the Student’s withdrawal has been determined, or for a Student who fails to return from an authorized Leave of Absence (LOA), within 30 days of the date the Student was scheduled to return.
Refunds are distributed in the following order:
- Unsubsidized Direct Stafford Loans
- Subsidized Direct Stafford Loans
- Direct PLUS Loan
- Federal Pell Grant
- FSEOG Grant
- Other Title IV Aid
- Private sources of aid
- The student or parent
Refunds for state aid programs and applicable third party funding agencies (e.g., Veterans Administration, WIA) will be calculated as stated in the Cancellation and Refund Provisions published in this catalog and in the student’s Enrollment Agreement. Note, any state or third party funding agency refund due will be calculated in proportion to the amount of the benefits received.
